NEW HAVEN: Trans Inclusion in the Workplace and the Law

Transgender Inclusion in the Workplace and the Law
Thursday, April 2nd at 6:30pm
at the Yale Law School, Room 128
in New Haven, Connecticut

More and more businesses are instituting policies stating that they won't
discriminate against anyone on the basis of gender identity or
expression
. How does the business community benefit from creating an
inclusive workplace environment? Have the non-discrimination laws in
Connecticut kept up? Or is it time to take another look at what it really
takes to make sure everyone is protected?

Panelists include:
Stephanie Marnin, Attorney, Outten & Golden
Tony Ferraiolo, Manufacturing Mgr., Madison Company; Co-Founder/President, Jim Collins Foundation
George Scurlock, Diversity Alliance Lead, Aetna

Refreshments served. Learn what you can do to expand Connecticut's
non-discrimination statutes to include gender identity and expression.
